Verdyt is not an investment adviser and does not give investment advice. Nothing on this site or in the product is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, or a solicitation of any offer to do so. Ratings are general quantitative research published identically to every subscriber. They are not tailored to your finances, your goals, your tax situation, or your risk tolerance — and we know nothing about any of those things.
Investing carries risk of loss, including total loss of the amount invested. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
A Verdyt rating is the output of a formula. We rank companies against others in the same sector across five factors — momentum, earnings-estimate revisions, growth, profitability, and valuation — and combine those ranks into a single 1–10 score. Some AI-generated commentary accompanies it.
That is the whole of it. A rating is not a prediction, not a price target, and not a statement that a stock will go up or down. It is a description of how a company currently scores on a set of historical and consensus measures, relative to its peers, at the moment the model last ran.
Verdyt is built on data from third parties and public filings, including the SEC's EDGAR system and USAspending.gov. We do not originate this data, we cannot guarantee it is accurate, complete, or current, and we are not liable for errors in it. Financial data providers change, correct, and restate figures. Consensus estimates are the opinions of third-party analysts, not ours.
Ratings are recomputed on a schedule, not continuously. A rating you see may reflect data from hours or days earlier. Prices shown may be delayed.
Parts of the product — company summaries, bull and bear cases, filing comparisons — are generated by large language models working from filings and news. This content can be wrong, incomplete, or confidently mistaken. Treat it as a starting point for your own reading of the primary sources, never as a substitute for them.
Using Verdyt does not create an adviser–client, broker–client, or fiduciary relationship between you and Verdyt. We are not a broker-dealer and we do not execute trades. Before acting on anything you read here, consider consulting a licensed financial adviser, and a tax professional, who can account for your specific circumstances.
The operator of Verdyt may hold positions in securities that the product rates. Ratings are produced by an automated model and are not adjusted based on those positions.
