These terms govern your use of Verdyt (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Read the Disclaimer first. Verdyt publishes quantitative research, not investment advice, and it is not a registered investment adviser. That document is part of these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly at support@verdyt.com if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. One account is for one person — do not share credentials.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own investment research. You may not:
Using a Verdyt rating in your own private decisions is exactly what it is for. Publishing it to others is not.
Your holdings, watchlist, and written theses remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process them so the Service can function for you. We do not publish them, and we do not claim ownership. See the Privacy Policy.
The Service, including the rating methodology, the software, and the interface, belongs to Verdyt and is protected by intellectual property law. Underlying market data and public filings belong to their respective sources and remain subject to their terms.
Paid plans, when offered, are billed in advance on the interval shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access through the period already paid for. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal. Taxes may apply depending on where you are.
We aim to keep the Service running but we do not guarantee uptime. Ratings are recomputed on a schedule and may be delayed or unavailable. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We depend on third-party data providers, and their outages become ours.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that ratings, data, or AI-generated commentary are accurate, complete, or current.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verdyt is not liable for any investment losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including decisions you make in reliance on a rating. Our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, in particular the redistribution and scraping restrictions in section 2. On termination, your licence ends and we delete your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms. If the changes are material, we will notify account holders by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
